Why there is no banner
A consent banner exists to get permission for storage that is not strictly necessary. This site sets no cookies, uses no local storage and loads no third-party scripts, so there is nothing to ask about. A banner here would be theatre.
If that changes
Analytics have not been chosen. If something is added it will be a privacy-respecting, cookie-free tool, it will be named on this page, and adding it will require a deliberate change to the site’s Content-Security-Policy rather than pasting in a snippet. If anything ever needs consent, a banner will appear and it will default to declining.
Status
This page is a stub. It is linked rather than hidden because a legal link that goes nowhere is worse than one that admits it is unfinished, and it says only what is true today rather than borrowing boilerplate that would commit us to things nobody has read.
The application at app.qrthatlasts.com carries its own terms and privacy notice, which govern the product itself.
