Code limits are per account, not a monthly allowance. Printing more copies of the same code does not use another code. All plans allow up to 100 static codes. Need more than 250 dynamic codes? Contact us.
Monthly scan recording: Free 500, Starter 10,000, Pro 100,000, Business 1,000,000. At the limit, recording pauses until the next calendar month; codes keep resolving. UK and EU VAT is included. Applicable US sales tax is added at checkout.

What makes a code “dynamic”?
The printed pattern encodes a permanent address on our domain, and we point that address wherever you choose. Change the destination and every printed copy follows, instantly.
Do I need to reprint if my link changes?
No. That’s the product. Update the destination and the printed code carries on working.
What happens if I close my account?

Will it scan on every phone?
Any phone camera from roughly 2017 onwards scans QR codes natively, with no app needed.
How small can I print it?
As a rule of thumb, 2×2cm for close-range scanning, larger for posters. Scanning distance is about ten times the code’s width. Keep the quiet zone clear.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes, on Starter and above. Add a logo and set your own colours, and the code’s error correction is raised to compensate automatically. We check the design before download. PDF and EPS use a check of the same design in SVG; their final files are not individually decoded. Always test a printed sample.
Where is my data held?
Our database is in London. Hosting, email and payment suppliers may process data outside the UK. Scanner IP addresses are hashed before database storage; the resulting values are treated as personal data.
Can I export artwork for professional print?
Starter and above include SVG, EPS and PDF. PNG and JPG downloads are included on Free. Every format is generated from the same artwork rather than converted from a picture of it, so the vectors are true curves your printer can scale.
