Refunds and cancellation

Updated 2 November 2026. This is our own money-back promise, including renewal payments. You do not need a reason and using the service does not remove it. Your statutory rights still apply.

Ask for a refund

Email billing@qrthatlasts.com with your account email and payment reference. Do not send card details. We arrange refunds through Stripe to the original payment method where possible, including the tax you paid. You can also ask Stripe’s Link support about a charge.

We aim to answer within one working day and arrange the refund within five working days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

After 14 days, we do not normally refund a change of mind or unused time. If the service was faulty, misdescribed or you were charged incorrectly, tell us. The 14-day promise does not limit your legal remedies.

Stop future billing

Go to Plans and billing, open Manage subscription and confirm cancellation in the Stripe billing portal. It stops future renewals of that subscription; paid access normally continues until the paid period ends. If you cannot access your account, email us.

A refund does not by itself confirm cancellation, and cancelling does not by itself refund a payment. Tell us if you want both. Keep your cancellation confirmation; if it does not arrive or billing looks wrong, contact us.

Your printed codes

When a cancellation takes effect, dynamic codes up to the Free allowance keep resolving; any others stop seven days later, as our terms explain. A refund does not delete your account or its codes; the effect on paid access will be explained when it is arranged. Account closure, suspension, archiving, pausing or safety blocks can stop dynamic redirects. Static codes remain independent of our redirect service. See our terms.
